How would you translate nutritional supplements into Spanish?

While in English you can just say ¨nutritionals¨and be understood more or less, you cannot do the same in Spanish b/c "nutritivos" doesn't exist and "nutritivo" means to nurture!

Any suggestions?

"Nutritional" is also related to nurture, a word that originally meant only to feed, to provide nutrients, which is the only meaning in "nutritivo" (which doesn't have anything to do with "bringing up children"). "Nutritivos" is the plural of "nutritivo".
