Demasiado means
:> (singular) too much ; (plural) too many.
Muchísimo means
:> Very much, very large; a great deal.(superlative of MUCHO)
So we use when we want to expalain too much, too many, very much, very large or suprise like GREAT DEAL!

on the other hand,
muchísimo means very much
