There are many ways to say it, I think the best would be: Huir, another one is escapar.
Él está huyendo de su casa. He is running away from his home.

The best way to say anything depends on context. Maybe you mean escape. Maybe you just mean run away in the sense of a direction away from something. Maybe something else. Tell us. Or use the translation at the top of the page.
