Voy a despertarme (wake up)/levantarme (get up) temprano.
Did you try the machine translator on this short sentence?
Voy a madrugar. Interesting. I don't know if it is normally said that way or not.

Madrugar is used when you are going to wake up before the dawn, like at 3 or 4 am or even before.
There is even a saying:
Al que madruga dios lo ayuda.
In your example you could also say:
Me voy a levantar temprano.

You can use Me voy a despetar(to wake up)/levantar(to get up)
OR you can say Voy a despertarme/levantarme
