Why does this website say there are no irregular negative tú mandatos when I know that "No seas" is irregular?

Not to mention "No vayas" "No des" "No estés" "No sepas"

Welcome to the forum. Excellent question.

Maybe they're referring to the fact that most positive familiar imperatives are just the subjunctives, but some aren't. But all the negative familiar imperatives are just the subjunctives.

Ven acá = Come here
No vengas acá = Don't come here

¡Vete! = Go!
¡No te vayas! = Don't go!

The verbs you mention are all irregular in the subjunctive, but that's just because they're irregular in the subjunctive. It has nothing to do with positive vs. negative familiar imperatives, which is a whole different (but very small) kettle of fish. There are only a handful of positive familiar imperatives that aren't just the subjunctives. There are no negative familiar imperatives that aren't.
