We use "odelay" quite often in New Mexico which comes from órale which can mean anything from "hurry up" to "right on!"
"oleday" sounds like someone trying to say "holiday" with the "h" sound!
It is the holiday season.... ![]()
YO creo que medi tiene razón, ya que o no sabe inglés bien, es decir, escribe mal su propio idioma, o es no-inglés, con lo que la falta de "means" puede ser razonable.
it seems like old day
I've been working out in therain,
Tied to a dirty ole ball and chain.
Oh dear Mother, I'll come home SOME OLE DAY.
Some sweet day they'll turn me loose,
From this dirty ole calaboose.
Oh dear Mother, I'll come home SOME OLE DAY.

Mexican/chicano word that ....means "hell yeah" or "right on"
.
To quote a famous mexican comedian: "It is a term of excitement like yeehaw is to the country folk." It does not have a definite meaning but it makes you feel good to say it.
