"Me tienes..." means "You got me..."
"Bellaco" is Puerto Rican slang for "horny"
So, basically, if he's not talking to you, it's time to reconsider your relationship status.

I learned the word "bellaco" from my Puertorican friends; although is contextual I think it means "horny" as in being sexually aroused. but hey, I've only heard this word among Puertorican circles.
