I'm not quite sure since el is not in your list, but you seem to be asking about definite articles.

el is used with singular masculine nouns

los is used with plural masculine nouns

la is used with singular feminine nouns

las is used with plural feminine nouns.

lo is used only with adjectives to form nouns. (neuter gender) (e.g. lo bueno, lo feo) lo-neuter article

In your example ¿Estudias lo suficiente? I would have to say that lo suficiente is similar to the pronoun enough, even though, you could also use an adverb in that sentence in English (suficientemente).

If you are asking about direct object pronouns then your sentence is incorrect, and the lo should precede the verb and a adverb should be used rather than an adjective.

Welcome to SpanishDict!

Go to the More tab, then hit on the dropdown for Reference.

Click on Spanish Grammar and you will find several places where lo, la, los, las is discussed.

Yes, it can be confusing, but if you stay at it long enough, you'll get the hang of it. Good luck.
