how to translate "you will always be in my heart"
I want to tell my friend from Colombia that "you will always be in my heart" . I think the direct translation is "siempre estará en mi corazón". Does this idiom have the same conotation as it does in English? And did I get the correct translation or did I just tell her that she is physically in my heart? Is there a better idiom that I could use to convey the same message. Any help would be greatly apprecatied. Gracias

You can also say "Siempre te llevo en mi corazon", which means "I always carry you in my heart".
If it´s a friend, I would use Tú. And you can also make it a little more meaningful by saying, "Siempre estarás dentro de mi corazón."
Va a estar en mi corazon para siempre.
