"Yo siento que haya aprendido mucho." I feel that I have learned a lot. In other words, is "haya" or "he" correct here? Thank you.

If you say: "Siento que haya aprendido mucho." it means you are sorry to have learned a lot.

You use indicative because you are indicating (or declaring) what you feel!
