okay yea so im doing a project and I need to make a menu so I need to know how to say cornflour for one of my recipes. its in Natillas a traditional spanish dessert.

In mexico sabor is right, we say masa harina.

For Mexican tortillas, it's masa harina. For US cornbread, it's cornmeal. When you say Spanish, do you mean from Spain? I have no idea about European cornmeal. Google will give you recipes for natillas from Spain and Latin America.

Maizena - but that may be a brand name.

May also be Brazilian Poruguese.
