Tips on infinitive and conjugated verbs

Hello, i am taking a spanish course and i am currently studdying infinitive and conjugated verbs. I understand that infinite verbs end with Ar, Er or Ir but how do i change the end to make it a conjugated verb? a few examples that the course gave me is.. ser eres cocinar cocinamos tocar toco beber bebe

Yes when conjugated an Ir it is the exact same except for nostros which changes to imos like in Vivir (to live) it changes to vivimos. I hope that helps
