Hola amigos.
¿Cuál es la forma correcta? "Por favor no verbo." o "Por favor no verbo conjugado en la persona tercera."?
Ejemplo:
"Por favor no entrar." o "Por favor no entre." ?

It sounds like you're trying to use a formal command, so "Por favor no entre" would be correct.

What you're seeing (with "no entre") is the negative (formal address) form of the imperative (3rd person singular present subjunctive) ("Don't enter")
