Ever since using this site my Spanish grade went up to a 96.
Before using this site I had a F so I would just like to thank everyone here for being so kind and helpful I also made a 100 on my Spanish exam. FELIZ NAVIDAD EVERYONE

I think that this is a great testimonial. Here's mine:
For me, I failed my first Spanish class in Spain. I thought I was going to die.
I knew I was lost during the class, but I didn't think I was doing that badly. I am an adult who has always been a good student. This was the first class in my entire life that I had ever failed. Actually, I never received a "C" grade, only "A's" and "B's. I was devastated.
I picked myself up, brushed myself off and decided that I needed to come up with another plan...Spanishdict.com was a part of that plan.
When I didn't understand the grammar that was being explained in Spanish in class, I would go home, look up Peralee's video class on Spanishdict.com on that topic (gratefully taught in English) and do all of the appropriate review. I would also look up in Reference what additionally it had to say. This really helped. I was able to continue in my studies, proceeding at pace with the others, without any more embarrassing failures.
And now...
Puedo defenderme en español. I can defend myself in Spanish.

So let's celebrate the end of one more year of learning and look forward to next year, when our Spanish will be even better and we will have new people to encourage along the way.
