If a Colombian female calls her 4 year old nephew a "papacito" what does that mean?
If the same female calls her lover the same term "papacito" on occasions - is there a difference in meaning?

It's a term of endearment, used in the same way that a woman may call her child "baby", and her significant other "baby" as well...
I also hear this and I think is like for the nephew, it is like saying sweetie. And for the lover it is like saying , sweetheart, sexy, honey. exc. exc. I hope this is right. Just wanted to try and answer this question.
