Adjective Placement Question

Hi guys, I am doing an exercise for my spanish class over adjective placement, and I'm wondering if a few of these are correct, as I'm unsure.

1. Tenemos un afecto enorme por nuestro tío Joaquín (enorme).
2. Guillermo volvió a los brazos de su amante esposa ____. (amante)
3. Había una ____ niebla espesa la noche de nuestra llegada a Londres (espeso)
4. Como envidiaba yo el intimo y dulce calor ____ de aquella casa (intimo y dulce)!

The words in bold are the adjectives where I have placed them, the underlined area is the other place that I have the option of putting them.

Many times an adjective has an optional placement, so your placements are fine.

I question "amante." "Amada" is more appropriate here.
