Yes, I think that this is correct.

"¿Quieren salir con nosotros?" = Do you guys want to go out with us?

"Ya hemos hecho planes" = We have already made plans.

Marianne´s answer is a good translation, but a more natural response to her question would be "Ya tenemos algo pendiente."

I believe that 'hemos' refers to something that we have just made, so maybe you're better off saying 'tenemos hecho'.*
