This is not quite as easy to express in Spanish as it is in English. Yes the equivalent expression exists, but you need to know what kind of relationship it is.

"Twice Removed" may be expressed as ....something "segundo(a)". for example: Tía segunda, prima segunda, primo segundo, and so forth.

There is a fascinating discussion and explanation about this subject on this link.

No you don't!! This is for a family relationship, and this is not the correct expression! Nice try, though! :-) - Gekkosan, Dec 10, 2010
"Quitado dos veces" is not incorrect Spanish. It may work in a contex like the one suggested by Samdie, for example: The window was removed twice before the job was done properly. It just doesn't work for family relationships. - Gekkosan, Dec 10, 2010

"twice removed"

As in "He is my cousin twice removed" or as in "He was twice removed from the theater for creating a disturbance."?
