Hi and welcome to the forum.

The first is the conditional tense of "lavar," and the second is the conditional of "comer." Look under the "More" tab at the top of this screen and you'll find a Conjugation Tool.

The 1st one is a washroom and the 2nd one is an eatery.

Just kidding. grin

I hope that no one was using them as nouns like many nouns that end in ria or ia. [lavandería, cafetería, zapatería, panadería ]

Hi shannon. Welcome to the forum.

lavaría : conditional form of the verb lavar for the 1st and 3rd singular person.

comerías : conditional form of the verb comer for the 2nd singular person.
