Hi len! Welcome to the forum! 
Please remember to use correct capitalization.
tu means: your
su means : his/ her/its & your( if you are using usted form of you.)

You would use tu when you are speaking informally with them (using tú for you).
You would use su when you are speaking formally with them (using usted for you)
