Quedarse or estar?

Hola, how to say : my brother stays home with me. Should we translate as Mi hermano te queda en la casa con yo or Mi hermano esta en la casa con yo.
Can we use "la casa" or "el hogar" in this case?

Mi hermano está en casa conmigo - My brother is at home with me
Estoy en casa con mi hermano - I am at home with my brother
Mi hermano se queda en casa conmigo - My brother stays at home with me
Me quedo en casa con él - I stay at home with him
