Can someone please explain what "ternurito" means? how it can be used?

Ternurita is an affectionate term used to express the idea that something or someone is cute (you probably tend to see this most often when addressing/describing small animals or babies/children). Similar sentiments might be expressed in English with "little cutie (pie)," "sweety (pie)" or "little doll." The word comes from the word "tenura" for "tenderness."

I have not heard such word, It might be of some region in south america. In spanish the word "tiernito" is commonly used to express "tender".
