Ternurita is an affectionate term used to express the idea that something or someone is cute (you probably tend to see this most often when addressing/describing small animals or babies/children). Similar sentiments might be expressed in English with "little cutie (pie)," "sweety (pie)" or "little doll." The word comes from the word "tenura" for "tenderness."
I have not heard such word, It might be of some region in south america. In spanish the word "tiernito" is commonly used to express "tender".
