a mi también - means 'me too'

eg if someone said "me gusta el chocolate" - I like chocolate, you could say "a mí también' - "me too!"

but if someone said that they didn't like something "no me gusta el chocolate" - "I don't like chocolate then you could say: "a mí sí" - "well, I do" smile
