Around, all around me etc
Over at G A M E Soñar con there was a post containing the sentence -
v vaca
I dreamed there were cows all around me.
- just thinking about how to translate that I thought it might be 'Soñé que había vacas a mi alrededor - but I'm not 100% sure so thought I'd ask for some help on that particular sentence and some other examples please of sentences including the word 'around' or 'all around', 'around and around' etc etc - especially if the format varies according to context

Just bumping this to get a definitive answer to whether 'alrededor a mi' is the same as 'a mi alrededor' and to confirm that they are interchangeable? ![]()
Also I don't suppose for 'it' - (I'll look forward to 'it') I could use - a la misma?
Actually do you ever say 'tendrá ganas ....' It feel weird?
Soñé que había vacas a mi alrededor . would be the most commonly used and most literal used in México.
I think it's "Soné que había vacas a mi alrededor" and that "a mi alrededor" is all around me, but I might be wrong. I would have probably defaulted to "por todas partes" since that one is closer to home.
