Are you sure it's not "ella se prendió de su cuello"?

(Prov 7:13)

Your right. It is from proverbs 7:13 and is Se prendió de su cuello, lo besó y con todo descaro le dijo ... In English it says she took hold of him. How do we get that from prendió su cuello? - gaewfarang, Dec 8, 2010

This phrase needs additional context to determine an accurate meaning, but it can translate to

"she turned her neck", "she caught her neck", "she turned on her neck", "she gripped her neck" or even "she adorned her neck".

It depends on the context.
