What does "lo felecito" mean?

Does anyone know what "lo felecito" means? It might also be "Lo Felicita." It was used in the context of "Congratulations" or "Good job" when the goodguy beat the badguys. It looks like a diminutive of "Feliz" but I'm not sure of it's precise meaning. Anyone know?

Thanks! LOL Toast

I congratulate you, but in this case It's using usted.

Te felicito = I congratulate you (Tú) Lo felicito = I congratulate you (Usted)

If you write the tilde It will become past tense:

Lo felicitó = (He/She) Congratulated him.

Prehaps lo felicito. which is I congratulate him. It probably misspelled. the infinitive is felicitar.

That would be it! Thanks. Would you actually say this directly to the person you're congratulating though? - Toast, Dec 7, 2010

Good intuition: it is a misspelling for "felicito", related to "felicitate" in English.
