"go through a phase"

Question

Is this "pasar por una fase" or is there something else I could say?

"I"ve gone through phases where I didn't even practice spanish for a long time."

"I go through phases where I eat really bad for awhile." etc.

And, "Oh, it's just a phase," could that be "Oh, se le pasará"? Thanks!

My suggestions : Pasar por una fase, pasar por una etapa, atravesar una fase, atravesar una etapa.
