(Yo) Tomo café de vainilla. - I drink vanilla coffee.
Is the use of tomar (yo form) correct? Is the use of beber (yo form) as correct?

It sounds correct to me, but I'm a beginner. I'm a big fan of coffee, too, though!
Yo tomo café negro con azucar. ¡Me gusta café fuerte!

Using either "Tomo" or "Bebo" would be correct. But the verb "tomar" is more commonly used so "Tomo" is good.
