Are these sentences right?

Please reply ONLY if you are fluent in Spanish. I am working on learning Spanish and I just want to make sure there sentences are right. Here they are:

"No hace mucho sol." it should mean "it is not very sunny." "nieva." should mean "it snows." "No hace buen tiempo" should mean "there is not good weather." "Es un mes de nieve y frío tiempo." should mean "it is a month of snow and cold weather."

Also I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be tiempo frío or frío tiempo.

Thanks

1- "No have buen tiempo" should mean "there is not good weather."

If you mean "hace" is ok, I supposed it was a typo.

2- "Es un mes de nieve y frío tiempo." should mean "it is a month of snow and cold weather."

Sounds funny. You do not say "tiempo frío" nor "frío tiempo", you just say it is cold, so "Es un mes de nieve y frío" or would be better.

Saludos.

Hello izrulz,

I'm from Spain.

Your sentences are almost right. Just two corrections,

"No hace buen tiempo"

"Es un mes de nieve y tiempo frío.nevertheless I would say "Es un mes de nieve y frío", you don't need to write the word "tiempo".

"Tiempo frío" sounds better.

I hope this will help you

Miguel.

In "Es un mes de nieve y frío tiempo." you better remove "tiempo" at the end. The rest are fine.
