Mi padre es divertido, habla en voz alta y le gusta comer mucho.
I would say vociferador for loud, because it is an accurate equivalent, but that word is not usually heard in informal situations.

Hola:
Otra opción para "loud" es "bulloso" (aunque no aparece en el DRAE) o "bullicioso". para "funny", "chistoso" o "gracioso".
