Pollo en presas
I'm looking at a recipe in spanish and it says, to get "pollo en presas, y sin piel". What does Pollo en Presas mean? Is that like boneless chicken?

Hi Queen, welcome to the Forum. I would say it just means 'pieces of chicken' and 'skinless' so pretty well what you said. ![]()
Check the dictionary:
presa
8. f. Tajada, pedazo o porción pequeña de algo comestible.
