¡Gracias a todos!

Cuando vi esta discusión pensé que se trataba de alguien que estaba felicitándome con retraso por mi verdadero cumpleaños, que fue hace más de un mes. Acabo de darme cuenta -con la ayuda de un mensaje privado- de que se trata de mi "cumpleaños" en el foro.

Espero no meter la pata más, y serle de ayuda a los que quieren aprender de verdad.

Real birthday or not (I haven't been round these parts to know any stories behind...well, anything, really), I just want to thank you for all of your guidance. Your knowledge is incredible, and what a blessing it is that you share that knowledge (and wisdom) with the rest of us.

I would like to express my sincerest thanks for your guidance. When I first came onto this site I wasn't sure what to expect, other than a bunch of people trying to learn a language. You were gentle in your repsonses/corrections and was always willing to help me. When you "left" for a bit, I was wondering if you were going to return and of course, you did. Thank you for your continued guidance and encouragement not just for me but for all people on this forum to strive to be the best Spanish and English speakers (as well as writers) that we can. I really don't know how this "birthday" came about. According to my checks Lazarus first joined SpanishDict on May 27 2008, answered his first question on May 29 2008 and asked his first question on June 16 2008. Not withstanding these facts, Happy Birthday Lazarus.
