Are you saying: "¿Qué da el profesor?" (a question and not a comment?)
If so, that's: What does the teacher give? or What is the teacher giving?

Que means who or that
Da is the third person singular conjugation of dar (to give) in the present tense
and el profesor is a professor.
This would be the literal meaning. "Who gives the teacher"
