I'm not sure if "el cada hombre" would make any sense, though that is the literal translation.

Maybe if you put the phrase in a sentence it will be easier to give you an equivalent...

todo hombre

todos los hombres

cada hombre

´el hombre común´

you have multiple choices.

I think the term "the every man" is usually used to mean "the common man," in which case I think el hombre común is the best translation. But we would have to see the context.
