The word "narciso"

Hello!

Is the word "narciso" correct to talk about a narcissist? I've seen it used (by a native speaker), but in the dictionary the only definitions that come up are of a flower.

I've also seen the word "narcisista"... which strikes me as the correct word.

the name Narciso can be used in a figurative way, to refer to someone who is a narcissist, as you call Job to someone who is very patient, or Hercules to someone that is very strong.
