Sierra o serrucho?

Are this two words interchangeable? Both have the same translation in my dictionary. I can't really tell if there is any difference.

Sierra is a much wider term. Serrucho is only with one handle and a wide blade.

Sierra is saw & serrucho is handsaw.. So its pretty much the same thing.
