Have you spelled this word correctly? Do you mean pan serata?

I don't think panserata exists...
Could it be pandereta (tambourine)?
It can also be panceta (bacon) or pancetada (which doesn't exist but would be understood as a banquet based on bacon).
Context is essensial.
