Not even ....
I found Heidita's recent post about ni+que+subjunctive to be very interesting and helpful as this was a new saying for me.
Meaning : 'you'd think', 'it's as if you think' or even 'it's not like' 
Upon doing a little more research I came across a couple of other similar sayings that I thought others might also find useful or at least interesting
Ni loca/o - not even if I was crazy (ie. no way)
Ni en broma - not even as a joke
Ni en pedo - not even if I were drunk! (also - no way)
Ni (siquiera) can also mean "not even."
Ni siquiera me llamaste. You didn't even call me. No sé ni dónde estamos. I don't even know where we are.

¡Ni de vaina! (Warning: "vaina" is a bad word in some Latin American coutries)

Is pedo universally understood to mean drunk? It literally means fart.
No, you're right Ben. I have only seen "pedo" to mean "drunk" in Mexico and, apparently, in Spain too. Elsewhere I have been, it just means "fart", which would make the expression submitted by Kiwi as very peculiar indeed, in those places where it does not mean "drunk".
