flaco or delgado however, delgado sounds healthier than flaco in spanish, and flaco is more like someone who needs to eat right now

it depends,
for caldo gordo is caldo flaco.
for dedo gordo it could be meñique

Does anyone know that the spanish refer to Laurel and Hardy as Gordo y Flaco? The opposite of gordo is of course delgado but I just thought I would share the above information.
