What do you call the person that does informatica? Computer science.

If you call it 'informática', like in Spain, then the common term for the person who works in that field is 'informático'. The person who studies 'informática' in college, which I guess it's what you refer to by 'computer science', would be an 'estudiante de ingeniería informática', and after he gets the degree an 'ingeniero informático'.
