How do you say 'toffee flavoured'?

I want to say 'Before the movie I bought some popcorn but it was toffee flavoured' and so far I have 'Antes de película compré unas palomitas pero era...' Can someone help me say 'toffee flavoured'? Thanks x

You can say "antes de la película compré unas palomitas, pero tenían sabor a caramelo"

Okay, thanks But how can I be sure the translator is right? People always tell me google translator is not very helpful.

I see you are new to SpanishDict. Have you discovered the Translator tab? If you go there and type in 'toffee flavored' you will get "con sabor a caramelo".
