It literally means "he/she/it gives me a Coke". If it were Dáme una coca it would mean "Give me a Coke".

It can mean either give a me coke, or he/she/it gives me a coke. Have you never heard the "me da un vaso de......." phrasing before to mean give me a glass of water etc? at a restaurant Kevin? It's just a different way of phrasing it.

You probably wouldn't say una coca if you were referring to the white stuff. What's one cocaine or a cocaine? Not much, that's for sure. - KevinB, Nov 27, 2010
