I would guess that it is:
Te = to you
Mintieron = they lied (from the verb "mentir")
Mucho = a lot
Metieron is probably a form of the verb meter, which can mean so many different things we would need to know more context.
In other words, the phrase is too vague. It's like asking people what the English phrase They sure put you... means. We don't know. Did they put you down, put you in a predicament, put you on a pedestal, or what?
We simply need more information.
