Click on your name at the upper-right corner, to get to your personal profile page. There, click on "Edit My Account" just below the avatar image patch on the left.
Note that if your "new" username is the same as your old one, it won't let you make that change. The case doesn't matter when it checks for uniqueness -- I tried to change mine from "pesta" to "Pesta" and it didn't let me
