"golpe de sangre"...
Please translate "golpe de sangre". It should be something medical, e.g., heart attack, stroke, etc., but it doesn't appear in my dictionaries as either of those things. Thanks!

I'd never heard that either. A quick Google search reveals that it is the Spanish translation of a novel, 'Blood Shot'. That expression has to be used in some Latin American country, because we call that in Spain 'Ojos inyectados en sangre', 'Ojos enrojecidos', 'Ojos irritados'..
I never heard that expression before.
It appears to be a "blood blister".
Far from serious.....
