What does medesbaratas mean?
I saw this word and didn't know what it meant. I checked the dictionary but no match.So could someone help me out. thanks

I think you mean to say "me desbaratas" that means something like"you make me fall apart".

It could also be medias baratas = cheap panty hose lol 
Unless you can give us some context, for example some reason that this phrase came to you or how you you found it/came by it ( eg was it mentioned in a book, a text message or on TV etc ) we cannot really help you because the first word does not appear to exist as a Spanish word or is so badly spelt as to be unrecognisable in its present form. It may be "medicinas baratas" : cheap medicine but I'm not sure as it doesn't make any sense.
