I am really confused and i was wondering if ellos means you all in english?

Ellos means 'they' in English. You would use this to refer to a group of people with at least one male in it. If the group is all female, you would use ellas.

Vosotros or ustedes, the latter being the formal version, are the words that would mean 'you all'.

"Ustedes" is used in Latin American countries for "you all." It is used in both formal and informal situations.
