Hi, you want to have the verbs "agree" with their subjects, you have both Ud. and tú here. I would change it to: Sólo tengo que decirte una cosa más, bien? Ya sabes que me gustas, pero no me quiero sentir utilizada (I don't want to feel used). Sólo dime lo que quieras. Si quieres, me puedes tener (I didn´t say "si me quieres" because that would mean "if you love me", I'm not sure how serious you want to be. I don't know about "tener a alguien" either, any native speakers want to weigh in on this one?) . Si quieres mi dinero, te lo diré. (I will give it to you) Si deseas que termine esta relación, te dejaré solo entonces. ¿Qué quieres que haga?
