Encontré 'pollo al horno sin piel'. Doesn't sound right. Is sin piel correct to use?

"pollo sin piel" is the correct way to say chicken without skin.

'pollo al horno sin piel'.

Presumably, one could also say "pollo sin piel al horno" to forestall questions about "skinless ovens".
