It doesn't make any sense.

Sto = Probably "Esto", but I have no idea what it's referring to. Also could be Estoy? y que ha = and that has esperaba = was waiting.

At best, I can just guess that it's saying something like, "I am here and have been waiting," but the grammar is piss poor, so it's really hard to tell.

"piss poor"? - Gekkosan, Nov 24, 2010
It means to be of very low quality, Gekko. - webdunce, Nov 24, 2010
Yep! Piss is a slang (and kind of vulgar) word for urine. Piss poor = awful, horrible, etc. - skygoneblue, Nov 24, 2010
Vulgarity many times exists only in the ear of the listener. Additionally, "Pissed" or "Pissed off" in the Americas is "Angry." "Pissed" in the UK is "Drunk" - 005faa61, Nov 24, 2010
